Feeling or showing an appreciation for something you have, you’ve done or you’ve received.

Practical Tips

  1. Look around you and know that everything is as it is for a reason, the good and the bad, both are things to be Thankful for.
  2.  Look for the benefits in every situation until you are Thankful, keep going with this exercise, because sometimes you have to dig deep!
  3. Every person and situation is playing a part in your existence, appreciate that part, you wouldn’t be you without it.

Being Thankful on a daily basis, gives me the grounding to feel great!

Anytime I count my blessing as well as my crises, I feel Thankful.
