Practical Tips

  1. Know what you need to do and commit to doing it.
  2. Create a plan, with milestones and follow the plan.
  3. Decide in your mind that this is what you want to achieve.
  4. Write down the benefits of the hard work and effort, link the benefits to your Values (what’s really important to you).

Beliefs and Affirmations

I have the self-disciple to manage my time and create appropriate boundaries, which brings the results I require to give me a balanced life.

I enjoy putting the discipline into place, to make my body smaller and toned and take the action necessary 7 days a week.
