Practical Tips

  1. Know where you want to be and how you want to feel.
  2. Aim to make consistent steps towards the end result.
  3. Have belief in yourself.
  4. Write a list of the benefits of the end result (for motivation).
  5. Embrace whatever it takes, which can sometimes be boring, monotonous or even painful; with enthusiasm…..it’s makes it all so much easier.
