- Know where you want to be and how you want to feel.
- Aim to make consistent steps towards the end result.
- Have belief in yourself.
- Write a list of the benefits of the end result (for motivation).
- Embrace whatever it takes, which can sometimes be boring, monotonous or even painful; with enthusiasm…..it’s makes it all so much easier.
