125 N2 Positive Emotion – Non-judgmental

Tending not to judge other people harshly or unfairly : not too critical of other people.

Practical Tips

  1. Decide to let go of pre-conceived ideas.
  2. Allow and love people to be who they are, not who you think they should be.
  3. Know that everyone communicates and behaves in accordance to their own Values, not yours.

Beliefs and Affirmations

Being Non-judgmental allows me to accept the people in my life for who they are.

I care for my family by allowing them to develop at their own rate, in a non-judgmental way.

(How to make it very EASY to feel the positive emotion)

Anytime I accept other people have different values to me. I feel Non-judgmental.
