Releasing the grip of something that has a grip on you, e.g.  negative thoughts, too high expectations, comparisons, slander, libel, buildings, articles.

Practical Tips

  1. Decide being gripped by something that is holding you back isn’t serving you and give yourself permission to let it go.
  2. Replace it with something to your benefit.
  3. Visualize the new aim/situation and embrace the positive emotions connected to the new outcome.
