Beliefs and Affirmations

I am in control of my finances, attract abundance into my life and can choose to live it the way I want to. Whenever I ensure I take control, don’t do too much and don’t do too little, I feel Balanced.

I am strong, determined and resolute and I am in control of my drinking.

I give myself permission to have the confidence, to be in control and allow myself to create equal and exciting relationships that serve me well.

I choose to be in control of a balanced life and I appreciate the shine within my body.

Anytime I know I am working towards my plan, incorporating additional life happenings with ease, I feel In Control.    Anytime I control my own direction, I feel Independent.

Anytime I take a breath and take control, I feel Calm.

Anytime I know what I want and take action to get it, I feel in Control.

Anytime I take action for the greater good of whoever is involved, I feel I am In Control with Emotional Detachment.
