  1. Focus on one thing at a time.
  2. Set Intentions and create clarity around the outcomes.
  3. Be true to yourself and don’t  let others sway you off your path.
  4. Look after your well-being – know that substances: alcohol, drugs etc, make a HUGE difference to the clarity in your mind.

Anytime I create a laser beam focus, I feel Clear Headed.

The car has broken down and I’m due at a business meeting in 30 minutes!   (DC011)

I’ve run into the car in front at the traffic light! (No one injured), I feel very shaken!!  (DC012)
