  1. Don’t let the opinions of others sway your goals and intuition.
  2. Know there will be a positive and negative side to everything you do.
  3. Manage your expectations of others, when they are too high (or too low), it throws your feelings of balance.
  4. ‘Go with the flow’, work with whatever is happening rather than fighting it.
