(How to make it very HARD to feel the negative emotion)

The only time I will allow myself to feel worry is when I project my anxieties in to the future, rather then focusing on the present.

The only time I will allow myself to feel…………..Worried, is when I don’t realise it’s a wasted emotion.

The only time I will feel worry in my life is when……..I have lost the all ability to take any positive action.

The only time I will allow myself to feel Worried/Anxious, is when it is something that I can influence and control.
