Practical Tips

  1. Check you are being direct and making good sense.
  2. Link what you want to say to the other persons Values.
  3. Set an intention before you have the conversation, as to how it will be received.
  4. Change the mode of communication, perhaps a letter, text or email.

When I change the way I communicate, I can reverse being unheard, both with myself and others.
