Practical Tips

  1. ‘You never loose anything, it just gets transformed’ – so where is your support network now?
  2. Work out what kind of support you need.
  3. Make an effort to find it by looking for information; library, internet, newspapers, editorials,  doctors surgery, professional bodies, town council, via friends, Support groups… the list goes on!
  4. Keep looking, don’t give up at the first attempt….persistence is the key here.

The only time I will allow myself to feel….Unsupported, is when I need reminding that I can reach out to my support network.
