Awareness is the key!
- Self Loathing can be dissolved by acknowledging what trait within yourself you dislike.
- Work towards dissolving that dislike by working out how that trait benefits you and others (The benefits will be there, you just have to look hard!).
- Self Loathing can often stem from your past, so decide to heal the past and allow yourself to move forward.
- Seek professional help to do this personal development work and see it as an investment in yourself.
