  1. There is a difference between feeling Rushed and being Efficient, so give yourself permission to slow down to a level that works for you.
  2. Just know that everything will get down and if it doesn’t it’ll have to wait.
  3. Allow yourself to ‘Go with the flow’, it a more comfortable state to be in.

The only time I will allow myself to feel…………..as if I’m Rushing Around, is when I don’t focus on living in the ‘Now’.

My diary is so full of appointments there is no time for me!!! (DC084)

DC103 My shirts are not ironed because I left them on the washing line and it rained which made me late for work.

DC116 Eating fast foods because I’m running late which makes me feel low.
