A tendency to see the worst aspect of things or believe that the worst will happen.
A belief that this world is as bad as it could be or that evil will ultimately prevail over good.

Practical Tips

  1. Look at situations with New Eyes and see the Reality of the situation.
  2. Create a balanced view point, rather than projecting your beliefs onto it.
  3. Know that everything is as it should be, the way we respond to it is our choice.

(How to make it very HARD to feel the negative emotion)

The only time I will allow myself to feel…………..Pessimistic, is when I don’t choose to be realistic.
