  1. Address the pressure in your life by either working towards completion or voicing your concerns around the issue.
  2. Pressure can motivate and spur us along or it can be detrimental to our own well-being.
  3. Be aware of how and if you respond to pressure, if you do not, then eliminate it from your life where possible.
