Buried or drowning beneath a huge mass of obligations or tasks.
- Take a break, even if only for a few minutes and come back refreshed.
- Chunk down and address each task individually.
- Focus on the job in hand in the moment until completion, rather than flitting and leaving a trail of unfinished tasks.
- Delegate if possible.
- Decide to ‘date’ anything that can be put in the diary.
- ‘Dump’ anything that isn’t of importance.
- Step back and enjoy your situation!
