Being harassed by (someone) constantly doing something that you are averse to.

Practical Tips

  1. When others are ‘nagging’ you unless you can block it out, it will eventually have a detrimental affect on the relationship as it will create resentment.
  2. Vocalise and work with the ‘nagger’ so they understand the consequences of their actions.
  3. Ask yourself ‘why’ they are nagging?……. Do they feel unheard?

I am able to positively communicate with the people around me in a way that means they do not have to nag to be heard.

The only time I will allow myself to feel….Nagged, is when the communication between us is not working.
