Practical Tips

  1. We spend our time and energy doing what we think is important to us.
  2. Until we have our Values (what is important to us) in the right order, we will randomly flit around.
  3. Focus and spend time by priority of what is important to you.
  4. Think about, write and create goals in each area of life and your time will be placed in the correct areas.

The only time I will allow myself to feel like I’ve………….No Time, is when I haven’t prioritised my actions or realised I do actually have a choice.
