  3. Watch your language both in your thoughts and vocally.
  4. Giving the negative attention adds energy to it, making it harder to move away from.
  5. Make sure you’re getting enough sleep and healthy food/nourishment.
  6. Exercise is also good for changing your state.
  7. Notice how the people around you behave and talk, negative family/friends/colleagues can drag you down.
  8. Check your expectations of others, are they too high?
  9. Comparisons can also be a negative influence, appreciate we are all unique.
