  2. Appreciate you never loose anything, it just gets transformed.
  3. Look to see where it/they have been replaced.
  4. If you cannot see it.them, look elsewhere.

The only time I will allow myself to feel…….Left Out, is when I have not accessed the other parties Values.

 Being upset because friends stay out of touch as they are getting on with their lives. (DC030)

I’m getting stressed out because friends don’t immediately respond to texts (DC032)

DC105 How do I cope with negative feelings re Mother’s Day ?!!!!! By 1.15 they had all gone. Yes I had a card and plant but I wanted ….love and affection and quality time.

DC130 What can I do today! Everyone else is busy with their families and they don’t want me around.
