Practical Tips

Appreciate that feeling Jealous makes you feel bad!

  1. Decide to let go of the jealousy and fill your life with what you think is missing.
  2. Identify what it is you are jealous about (what you feel is missing in your life).
  3. Either…… look around and find it in your own life (it may be in a different form); take steps to bring it into you life: or resolve to let the Jealousy go because actually, you wouldn’t want that for yourself!
  4. Appreciate what you HAVE in YOUR life…..Count Your Blessings.
