Feeling or showing anger or annoyance at what is perceived as unfair treatment.

Practical Tips

  1. Taking responsibility or action in the situation may be called for.
  2. Just know if you leave it unresolved it’ll gnaw away at you.
  3. Stand up for yourself, be assertive, you may have to step outside your comfort zone to do this!

The only time I will allow myself to feel………….Indignant, is when I recognise it’s a sign I need to stand up for myself, or look for the reality of the situation.
