  1. Realised we are all connected, despite distance, silence and not seeing people. So FEEL the connection.
  2. Break out of isolating habits, join clubs, make contact with people (phone, email etc), Learn to use new technology, the internet, reach out.
  3. Decide to make the difference for yourself.

The only time I will allow myself to feel…………..Isolated and Lonely, is when I don’t think about the people I am close to.
