Practical Tips

  1. To create a Secure mind-set build up your Self Belief.
  2. List your talents and skills.
  3. Acknowledge to whom and where you make a difference in the world.
  4. Learn to trust your own abilities and instincts.
  5. Know that we have the resources around us to support our lives.
  6. Address issues with a Positive mind-set creating a vision of what you want out of the situation.
  7. Be prepared to step outside your comfort zone (it gets easier each time you do it!)
  8. Write down goals for all areas in life…..Know what you want!
  9. Appreciate the what you want and what is right for you are often 2 different things, knowing the difference keeps you in Reality.

The only time I will allow myself to fee….Insecure, is when I incorrectly guess what ……(he/she)…….. is thinking.

The only time I will allow myself to feel…..Insecure is when I take on board other peoples’ choices.
