Fear of Rejection


A fear of a refusal to accept, approve, or support something from someone else; an irrational and abnormal anxiety about the possibility of being made to feel rejected.

Practical Tips

  1. Appreciate there is nothing to fear but fear itself, focussing on the possible rejection will attract that very thing into your life.
  2. Set the intention of what you want to happen and want to feel.
  3. Don’t assume or try to mind read what others are thinking, sometimes we can be SO wrong and our imaginings create the fear in the mind.
  4. Seek professional help (coaching) to eradicate the problem , it’s well worth the investment in yourself.
