Fear of Being Alone
‘Monophobia’ is an acute fear of being alone and having to cope without a specific person, or perhaps any person, in close proximity.
Having a ‘Fear of Being Alone’ can keep us in a Relationship for the WRONG reason!
- Make a list and focus on the benefits/positives of being alone, there will be many!!
- Appreciate that when we are on our own, ALL the resources we need to survive and live a fruitful life are around us.
- Life adapts to the situation you are in; people, opportunities, resources appear when they are needed.
- Trust and BELIEVE in yourself.
