Practical Tips

  1. When fright is there because of a danger, take protective action.
  2. When fright is there because of a fear, choose to face and heal it knowing you have the inner strength to cope with whatever you are presented with.
  3. Stay calm, ask yourself Quality Questions, take deep breathes and believe in yourself.

The only time I will allow myself to feel…………….Frightened, is when I am in danger and it is a sign for me to take evasive action!
