Unhappy because something that you hoped for or expected did not happen or because someone or something was not as good as you expected.

Practical Tips

  1. Choose to move forward after a disappointment, not backwards.
  2. Access with a clear mind what the next step will be.
  3. If something hasn’t worked, it means there is something better round the corner….try again!

Beliefs and Affirmations

If I am disappointed, I will re-evaluate my expectations. I am not held back by disappointment.
