Having or feeling no interest in something; uninterested.

Practical Tips

  1. If you want o be interested in something and the interest is missing……link it to your Highest Values (what’s important to you) and write down the benefits of showing an interest.
  2. What is the subject matter going to bring into your life?
  3. Recognise the effect and value of it.
  4. Decide to adopt an open mind and immerse yourself in it (you might like it when you get there). Have the self discipline to take the steps necessary.
