124 D21 Negative Emotion – Danger

The possibility of suffering harm or injury.

Practical Tips

  1. Feelings and being aware of Danger heighten our senses, know that taking an emotionally balanced viewpoint will bring a balanced, considered reaction.
  2. Appreciate the benefits of not going into flight/fight / ‘knee jerk’ mode.
  3. Staying calm and focussed when the  danger awareness registers will help you respond/react in the right way.
  4. Take responsibility for yourself, rather than leaving it to others (where appropriate).
