  1. Being aware of when you feel Down is the key to changing it  work out a strategy that works for you.
  2. Focus on the good stuff in your life.
  3. Plan an exciting activity, something to look forward to.
  4. Connect with a friend or relative. Loose yourself in Nature.
  5. Listen to your favourite music.
  6. Watch a comedy on the TV.
  7. Re-address your Values (what is important to you) and see if you need to get your priorities in order.
