  1. Being Concerned takes up a lot of energy, choose were you place your Concern.
  2. Giving this energy to inappropriate subjects or where it is not wanted, can distract you from where your attention needs to be.
  3. Make sure your Concern is not just an excuse to avoid something else in your life.
  4. We often get concerned in relation to others, by projecting our own issues and insecurities onto them.
  5. Ask yourself if your Concern is appropriate?
