Retaining and recalling past experiences in a way that has a negative effect.

Practical Tips

  1. Know that everything happens for a reason.
  2. See the learnings from the situation with Gratitude.
  3. Appreciate other people are only capable of behaving and communicating in a way that they are able to.
  4. Label a ‘bad’ era of your life with a positive alternative (e.g. training ground for the future)

I am able to take a bad memory, dissolve it’s negativity and thank the experience for the learnings it has given me.

The only time I will allow myself to wallow in………….Bad Memories, is when I don’t focus on the positive part they play in my life.
