Definition

Irritated by (someone); someone has made you a little angry.

Practical Tips

  1. Consider you reaction rather than an automatic response.
  2. Know that your mood and attitude affect your response.
  3. Annoyance may block something positive happening within the situation.
  4. Look at the situation in a non-judgemental way, you’ll end up with a different result.
