  • Feelings of Abandonment can strip you of your Personal Power.
  • Appreciate that if someone decides to walk away, your life carries on without them in the manner YOU want it to.
  • A parting of ways or a broken connection, is just part of the journey of your life…..look at it from above, over the length of your life’s timeline….it’s a small jot in the Grand Scheme of your life.
  • Remember, whatever you feel is missing  (emotion/support/connection) now that someone has walked away, will be replaced, you have to be open-minded about where it is now coming from.
